Shirley Prosek, Vice President & Director of Human Resources
Shirley has been with Prospect Equities® since 2006 and is a licensed Broker. Shirley oversees employee relations, interviewing, hiring, training and support. She also manages Licensing Compliance, purchasing, administration, and quality control assurance for the company, its franchisees, and its ancillary divisions.

Autumn Borg, Director of Operations and Compliance
Autumn has been with Prospect Equities® since 2007 and is a licensed loan originator. Autumn oversees the processing, quality control, and compliance of our leasing, sales, and financing divisions. She manages audit compliance and quality control processes for conventional and government funded files for the company, its franchisees, and its ancillary divisions.

Clara Killian , Comptroller
Clara has been with Prospect Equities® since 2000 and is a licensed real estate broker. Clara oversees payroll, AR/AP, and collections for the company and its ancillary divisions.

Alfred E. Gallo, Esq, General Counsel
Al has been with Prospect Equities® since 2009 and is a licensed attorney at law in Illinois. Al oversees all legal aspects for the company and its ancillary divisions. He appoints private counsel and conducts periodic shareholder meetings along with endorsement of annual reporting for the company and its ancillary divisions.

 Kathleen Griffin, Esq, Real Estate Counsel
Kathy has been with Prospect Equities® since 2008 and is a licensed attorney at law in Illinois. Kathy oversees all legal real estate concerns along with title policy production and escrow management for the company and its ancillary divisions.

Randall Cebulski, Esq, Corporate Counsel
Randy has been with Prospect Equities® since 2005 and is a licensed attorney at law in Illinois and California. Randy oversees all corporate legal concerns, litigation, and equitable remedies for the company and its ancillary divisions.

Saul Pinela, Sr. Vice President of Residential Finance
Saul has been with Prospect Equities® since 2008 and is a licensed loan originator and insurance producer. Saul oversees all residential lending and insurance concerns for the company and its ancillary divisions. He is responsible for Realtor® correspondence and marketing through our Customer Strategy System (CSS) and affiliated marketing programs.

James Koerner, Sr. Vice President of Commercial Finance
Jim has been with Prospect Equities® since 2005 and is a licensed loan originator. Jim oversees all commercial financing concerns for the company and its ancillary divisions and is responsible for banking correspondence and private trade funding. He serves as liaison for pension funds, private money, insurance funds, real estate investment trusts, humanitarian trade platforms, and FINRA. 

April Musick, HR Coordinator
April has been with Prospect Equities® since 2008 and processes new hires, including assigning Prospect Equities email addresses, phone extensions, Welcome Letters for all branch offices and Agent Rosters for all offices. April also manages the Prospect Equities® website.

Kadi Meyer, MSA, Publishing Director
Kadi has been with Prospect Equities® since 2005 and is a licensed real estate broker. Kadi oversees the production and editing of marketing publications, public relations, and press releases for the company and its ancillary divisions.

Lana Orlando, Customer Relationship Manager
Lana has been with Prospect Equities® since 2000 and is in charge of our Customer Strategy System. Lana oversees the PE Platinum Club, handles day-to-day customer relations, social media, and marketing programs along with the lead-generation components for the company and its ancillary divisions.

Glenn Young, Director of Flight Operations
Glenn has been with Prospect Equities® since 2005 and is a Federal Aviation Administration certified flight instructor and commercial pilot.  Glenn is in charge of the aviation and transportation requirements for the company along with our corporate flight department and NBAA affiliation for our ancillary divisions. 

Michael Allen, Project Supervisor
Mike has been with Prospect Equities® since 2001 and supervises construction and demolition projects for the company and its ancillary divisions. Mike also represents labor union relationships along with EPA and FEMA compliance for the company's national brand.

Chris Hagn, MA Real Estate Sales Division Director
Chris has been with Prospect Equities® since 2007 and is a licensed real estate Broker and Loan Originator. Chris holds a Masters Degree in Communications and Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Corporate Training. Chris oversees the residential sales division for the company along with team-concept strategies, databases, marketing, and is also focused on the recruitment of Franchisees. 

Corey Scott, Real Estate Owned Division Director
Corey has been with Prospect Equities® since 2009 and is a licensed Realtor®. Corey oversees banking and correspondent accounts to service Real Estate Owned properties. He represents our company's national brand as an REO, HUD, and VA-approved brokerage.

Nicole Prowell, REO Division Administrator
Nicole has been with Prospect Equities® since 2009 and is a licensed Realtor®. Nicole coordinates Broker Pricing Opinions, utilities, contractors, and expense ledgers for the REO division and its national brand.

Nevin Harris, Leasing Division Director
Nevin has been with Prospect Equities® since 2009 and is a licensed real estate broker. Nevin oversees the residential leasing division for the company and maintains management contracts with landlords, listing inventory and databases along with training and recruiting for the division.

 Christopher Anthony, Internship Program Director
Chris has been with Prospect Equities® since 2007 and is a licensed Realtor®. Chris oversees the internship and junior training programs and coordinates sponsorship with colleges and universities along with job fair participation for the company and its ancillary divisions.

Nadia Miller, Sales Manager
Nadia has been with Prospect Equities® since 2009 and is a licensed real estate broker. Nadia manages sales leads through our Customer Strategy System for the company and its national brand.

Stephan Ross, Sales Manager
Steve has been with Prospect Equities® since 2009 and is a licensed real estate broker. Steve manages sales leads through our Customer Strategy System for the company and its national brand.

Mike Driskell, Network Administrator
Mike has been with Prospect Equities® since 2004 and is MCSA, MCSE, and MCITP certified. Mike engineers and manages the databases and networks for the company and its ancillary divisions.

Lora Dodson, Corporate Administrator
Lora has been with Prospect Equities® since 2008 and coordinates contracts, paperwork, and files for headquarters and the branch office administrators.

Gail Ockleberry , Office Administrator
Gail has been with Prospect Equities® since 2004 and coordinates sales contracts, paperwork, and files for the company's corporate-owned branch office in Lisle, IL.

Alice Germane, Office Administrator
Alice has been with Prospect Equities® since 2005 and is a licensed Realtor®.  Alice coordinates payroll, invoicing, and verifications for the company's leasing division along with coordinating sales contracts, paperwork, and files for the company's corporate-owned branch offices in Chicago, IL.

Melissa Buss, Office Administrator
Melissa has been with Prospect Equities® since 2010 and coordinates sales contracts, paperwork, and files for the company's corporate-owned branch office in Joliet, IL.  Melissa is also responsible for invoicing, recording and collections for Prospect Equities and its ancillary divisions.
